Denise Fernandez

Denise Fernández

Denise completed her Associate of Arts degree in Merchandise Marketing at The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles. She has worked for several reputable companies such as Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn & Pottery Barn Teen. She was the lead designer and part of the Grand Opening for the Pottery Barn Teen store in Costa Mesa, CA.


Her experience in the fashion industry eventually lead her to custom home design where she was assigned the title of lead junior designer for Calico Home in Orange, CA. Denise's extensive knowledge with both Interior Design and Real Estate have landed her with major projects with Airbnb and VRBO.


In 2016, she became a licensed Real Estate agent. In recent years, she has become an Associate Broker & Partner at Allianz Capital Group in Irvine, CA which specializes in Real Estate, Property Management and Construction.

Tanisha Johnson

Tanisha Johnson

Tanisha has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She has over 15 years of design experience, including working for several high-end custom design showrooms in Southern California. Tanisha has had the opportunity to work on numerous residential and commercial design projects throughout the United States, including the home of a well known NBA coach.


In 2015, Tanisha was selected as the lead designer for a large commercial project, the National Headquarters of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. The headquarters is located in historic Dupont Circle in Washington D.C. During this 3 year project, she oversaw the renovation of the over 14,000 square foot facility, managing a multi-million dollar budget. The project was completed in 2018 and has been featured in several local and national publications.


Tanisha is a proud Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers and a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association. She also holds a seat on several boards within her network. Tanisha continues to make an impact in her community through her heart and love for design.
