This project has been a true collaboration, and we’re proud to have partnered with Finn Construction & Development Inc. and Jeco Jara Design Group to bring this vision to reality. Our team at Johnson & Fernandez was honored to lead the design of the building’s interiors and exteriors, crafting a space that blends creativity, purpose, and community.

Meaning “suspended” or “in-between” in Italian, Sospeso embodies the idea of connection — a bridge between commerce, creativity, and community. Designed as a vibrant mixed-use hub in the heart of Pomona, it will serve as a place where innovation and collaboration come together to inspire meaningful impact.

We’re honored to collaborate with The Living Hope Foundation, a Pomona-based nonprofit dedicated to bringing hope to those in need locally. Their mission focuses on supporting individuals and families affected by disrupted adoptions, while also providing programs that address food insecurity, education, and small business development.
